Shallow reflecting pool will be built on new concrete roof of open treated water reservoir in Eden Park, Cincinnati, to maintain landmark; roof is to be supported on columns 20 ft apart with piers down to bedrock; water level of remaining reservoir will be raised about 10 ft to provide for capacity of 60 mg and will increase downtown water pressure by approximately 5 lb; concrete pressure pipe up to 72 in. in diam with rubber and steel watertight joints will replace stone sewer running under present reservoir.
