Modern office has been created within walls of 100-yr old biscuit factory, cast iron columns of which are dated 1869; usable area is 21,000 sq ft, structure being of cast iron columns, timber beams, load-bearing perimeter brick walls, timber joists and floorboards; main parts of building consist of two large rooms, 90×70 ft, and these have been laid out as large, open landscaped office-areas; illustrated description of various areas, lighting designs and illumination levels obtained, acoustic ceiling, and other features.
