Breathing apparatus tests at twenty-five below zero
Open-circuit self-contained breathing apparatus was cold tested at temperatures down to -25 F by Bureau of Mines Health and Safety Research and Testing Center; study was made to evaluate performance of currently approved compressed air type, self-contained breathing apparatus; suction-flow, breathing machine, man and performance, and spectacle fogging tests are described.
