Bright-Schiff Building in Dallas, Tex is constructed of reinforced concrete; building has basement, 12 office floors and two penthouse mechanical equipment spaces; electrical service is 265/460 v, served from underground transformer vault through 4000-amp bus duct which extends to top mechanical penthouse level; 75 kva 120/208 m transformer on every third floor serves miscellaneous power outlets and approximately 2400 recessed four lamp heat rejection return air troffers which maintain minimum illumination of 100 ft-c while reducing heat to space.
