Procedures and techniques developed for measuring and evaluating loads are summarized; main features of computer program for analyzing data are outlined; program provides tabulation of data, some statistical properties, and selected graphical relationships between measured loads and characteristics and usage of structure; two office buildings surveyed in pilot evaluation of survey techniques are described as examples.
