Great Southern Railways Co road bridge across River Suir in Ireland described; structure consists of two bridges connected by 570 ft causeway crossing island in midstream; bridge over Waterford channel contains 8 timber spans and that over kilkenny channel 9 timber spans and steel swing span; timber spans, with average length of 41 ft 3 in., are supported on trestles of timber piles; timber flooring carried on 12 by 6 in. cross joists.
