Selection of site, and site preparation; in main, buildings are single story steel frame structures; plan called for north light Warren Girder construction, with uniform floor level throughout factory; each plant room provided with central control panel with remote control pushbuttons; buildings occupy between 30 and 40 acres and require mechanical conveying, length of which equals some 2 1/2 mi.
