Mill at Davenport Works of Aluminum Co of America, covering 52 acres, is enclosed with insulated aluminum wall and roof panels; framing is structural steel; walls consist of 9 1/2 in. thick reinforced concrete; above and between sash are 295,000 sq ft of aluminum cellular panels each 1 5/8 in. thick by 24 in. wide and filled with glass fiber insulation.
