Ibec Housing Corp erect 2 attached concrete houses per day in Norfolk, Va; costs of $6.08 per sq ft include heating system, closets, cabinets, plumbing, electrical wiring and outlets; all walls are being cast at one time in single form, which is used repeatedly; exterior walls are 8 in., interior walls 6 in. and roof slabs are 4 in. thick; roof, cast on ground, is being placed by 30 ton crane.
