Absolute measurement of resistance by wenner method
Results of project started in 1929 for measurement of resistance in terms of length, time, and permeability of free space; mutual inductor was constructed whose value was determined within few parts in million in terms of its measured dimensions; resistance was then measured in terms of this inductance and frequency, using F.WENNER's commutated d-c method.
