Methods used in Coeur d'Alene district of Idaho; Page mine has compartment 50° inclined shaft, sunk 385 ft below 2400-ft level; Galena shaft objective is to sink to 3000 ft for exploration purposes; use of Riddell shaft mucker in Silver Summit shaft; Bunker Hill has developed machine for mucking incline shafts; timbering practice.
