Bristol Aeroplane Co has developed aluminum unit construction for permanent school buildings; units comprise complete 2-story building including staff rooms and lavatory units; roof is formed of gage aluminum sheet bonded to layer of fiberboard and riveted in factory to two light aluminum trusses at 4 ft centers, to underside of which is fixed finished ceiling.
