Monolithic covered reservoir of reinforced concrete with capacity of 24 mg being built in Denver, Colo; it is of flat slab floor design, 298 ft wide, 458 ft long and 24 ft high; typical work stages are illustrated; total costs amount to $764,790 including 77,000 cu yd excavation, 10,000 cu yd "Class A" concrete and placing 1,800,000 lb of reinforcing steel.
