Inexpensive, portable paper house developed by Institute of Paper Chemistry to specifications suggested by Office of Production Research and Development of War Production Board, was erected on Aug 5 1944; basic material of construction is paperboard; purpose of house is to demonstrate possibility of emergency type shelter withstanding weather hazards of 1 yr and furnishing comfort to occupants.
