Plant at Hapeville includes 470 × 1040-ft assembly plant, office building, garage, oil house and boiler house; all are steel frame, one-story buildings; roof of assembly building consists of 2 3/4 in. precast concrete slabs, 1 1/2 in. insulation board and 4-ply roofing felt and slag; bays generally 40 × 50 ft; forced hot air heating and fluorescent lighting installed.
