Current methods of secondary road surfacing examined; of several paving methods two were carefully analyzed; blade mix with power graders and use of road mix paving machine; latter was adopted, with results that are summarized; Moto-Paver accomplished cold mixing of aggregate and bitumen and laying to any desired depth in one continuous operation.
