Fire resistance of prestressed concrete floors
Report on previous tests; description of test floor, testing equipment, procedure and results; conclusion is that it would be premature to place prestressed concrete beams in category of structures having inherently low fire resistance like structural steel; given normal plaster finishes, these floors provide sufficient fire resistance especially when composite constructions are used. (See also - n 545 Nov p 843-45)
