Illustrated description of stone jetty, 800 ft long, with top 14 feet wide at elevation about 7 ft above mean low water, built to protect beach; approximately one million cu yd of sand were pumped by hydraulic dredge, thus building beaches; further improvements by riprap, etc, are planned for protection of new fill.
