Withdrawing two 155-foot spans from high bridges on Indian frontier railway in Baluchistan
To avoid further damages by flood it was decided to recover all girders of bridges; two of 155 ft long bridges, Kachh High and Louise Margaret bridge, were withdrawn after converting them into cantilevers with aid of similar girders; operating procedure described.
