Regulations in regard to drainage, sub-grade, foundation, using dumping platform and patching holes. It is advised that bottom course should not be less than 4 in. in thickness after rolling, and if heavy loads are to be sustained, a thickness of 6 in. is desirable. Paper read before Can.
