A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Speed of radio waves seems to be considerably below that of light; by use of signals sent out from Honolulu and Saigon and observed at San Diego and Zikawei greatest speed was obtained, viz. 293,000 km. per sec.; mean value was 247,000 km. per sec.
