Construction work of enlarging port of Valencia budgeted at 36,000, 000 pesetas ($7,000,000) and contracted to Soc. Ibe rica de Construcciones y Obras; consists of three jetties, one wharf and one breakwater; describes making 260-ton hollow concrete blocks, placing same with large floating crane, and later filling with concrete; also other construction and equipment details; work complete in 1930 or 1931.
