Effect of tannic acid on the strength of concrete
Tests conducted under auspices of Am. Soc. for Testing Matls. Strength of concrete was reduced for all percentages of tannic acid, for all mixes and ages used. Less than 0.1 per cent of tannic acid in terms of weight of aggregate may reduce strength of concrete to one-half its normal value. Reprinted from Proc. Am. Soc. for Testing Matls.
