Four Diesel-electric vessels each of 800 hp; harbor cutter, Hudson, built at U S Navy Yard, Portsmouth, NH; Calumet, Navesink and Tuckahoe being built at U S Navy Yard, Charleston, SC; length oa: 110 ft 6 in.; beam molded 24 ft; propelled by two McIntosh and Seymour 6-cyl, 4-cycle, airless-injection engines developing 530 bhp; steel employed throughout construction of hull and superstructure.
