Constitution of hydrated Portland cement
Microscopic examination of clinker minerals using slides of hydrated cement and concrete; clinker grains remaining in cement can readily be determined and are found to consist mainly of di-silicate, also tri-silicate, but mostly as larger fragments; hydrolizing process during hardening of cement is explained.
