Prestressed construction of two concrete water tanks 125 ft in diam, with liquid depth of 54 ft; erecting form panels; vertical prestressing with preload jack tensions six wires at once; circumferential prestressing machine pulls itself around tank wall placing 40 turns of wire to vertical foot; dome shell built up to 2 1/2 in. thick, with mortar shot from cement gun.
