Turtle Bay, near Galveston, Tex, on Gulf of Mexico, will form reservoir for irrigation water with capacity of 35,000 acre ft; principal construction on project consists of encircling levees, two pumping stations, spillway for flood relief, and incidental drainage structures; new name is to be Lake Anahuac.
