Thermal expansion of cement paste, aggregates, and concrete
Simple relationships for coefficient of thermal expansion of concrete are given as function of concrete mix proportions, water content, age of concrete, and thermal expansion coefficients of concrete constituents; approximate value of latter coefficients are given in tables; test methods for determining linear and volumetric thermal expansion of cement paste and aggregates are presented.
