Torsional-flexural buckling of thin-walled members
Method of calculating elastic torsional-flexural buckling load of centrally-loaded, thinwalled columns with singly-symmetrical sections is presented; interaction-type of equation is used; adequacy of using linear, small deformation theory to predict carrying capacity of actual columns in elastic range is discussed. (See also ASCE Structural Eng Conference -- Preprint 117 v 91 n ST4 Oct 19-23 1964 43 p)
