Asphalt floor tile shall be composed of thoroughly blended composition of thermoplastic binder of asphaltic, pitch and/or resinous type, asbestos and inert material as fillers or pigments, formed under pressure while hot and cut to size; general requirements; dimensions; physical properties; method of testing; packing and marking.
