Short-time creep tests of concrete in compression
Tests made to study creep occurring in periods varying from 1 to 30 min, under various intensities of stress; apparatus consisted of carbon pile telemeter gages for measuring loads and strains, and oscillograph recorder; tests on standard 6 by 12-in. cylinders, with mixtures of four grades; effects of gravel and limestone aggregates and of hand tamped and vibrated concrete.
