Evaluation of bonding characteristics of deformed wire
Investigation to determine minimum depth of embedment of deformed wire in concrete pull-out specimens necessary to develop minimum specified yield strength of steel; evaluation of stresses corresponding to initiation of slip at free end of pull-out specimen was also determined for various depths of embedment; included in tests were three sizes of deformed wire and one size of deformed bar; concrete strength was held constant for all tests.
