Method of designing track for wheel-mounted gate is presented in detail; analysis is made of track rail considered as elastically supported beam; method is given for determining admissible stresses in concrete foundation; necessary coefficients are given for calculation of rail head width for various gate operating conditions including temporary and constant submersion of rollers as well as effects of strong water stream.
