Prestressed concrete foundation of 100-m high tower buildings of Ile Verte Residences in Grenoble; tower framework consists of system of shells anchored to circular foundation slab 40-m in diam, 90-m thick; original feature is that prestressing cables are laid out along three perpendicular directions; main cables are parallel to tower's longitudinal axis, perpendicular to those of transverse shells; shells are prestressed vertically, all three cable systems intercrossing in foundation slab.
