Investigation and testing of footing-type grounding electrodes for electrical installations
Grounding electrodes installed in concrete foundations of residential, small commercial and military buildings which do not require connection to water pipe systems to provide low resistance ground; electrodes were designed for five ohm ground resistance value; resistance values of electrodes were determined for various lengths of electrode solid copper wires, for various types of steel rein- forcing rods and for 10 ft lengths of hot galvanized rigid steel conduits.
