Studies of pore size distribution in mortars
Tests were carried out by using small cylinders of 1/2 in. diam, 1 in. high made of 2 different mixes; using these samples pore size distributions of mortars cured by hydration, carbonation, and under atmospheric conditions were measured down to pore sizes of 0.01 μ diam by method of mercury penetration.
