Code comprising 26 chapters provides minimum requirements for design and construction of plain, reinforced or prestressed concrete, or composite structural elements of any structure erected under requirements of general building code; for special structures, such as arches, tanks, reservoirs, grain elevators, shells, domes, blast-resistant structures, and chimneys, provisions of this code shall govern so far as they are applicable.
