Rheological effects in prestressed bound elements
Based on N.Kh.Arutyunian's model of body for which elastic response depends on time, time dependent phenomena are investigated for both working stages of element and stage where its loading capacity is attained; it is shown that rheological effects have essential influence on state of stress and strain of elements, and also on safety of structure.
