Co-working of 2 types of concretes in composite constructions
Results of measurements of shrinkage strains on 12 beams comprising precast prestressed body and in situ topping concrete of various qualities; strains were measured during 28 days and from these differential shrinkage effects were obtained; it is concluded that differential shrinkage effects are accurately predicted by theories based on linear strain distribution.
