Construction of corrugated toroid shell roof for ice skating rink is described; geometry of vault is discussed; problems of precasting double-curved concrete pieces on top of one another are investigated and solutions to these problems are shown; difficulties which arose during erection and avoidance of these difficulties in future are discussed; economics of system are noted.
