Construction of steel sheet pile dock, designed without relieving platform behind dock, using generally 80 ft long heavy Larssen No 6 piles of medium tensile steel with section modulus 78.12 cu in., with minimum ultimate strength of 73,920 psi; details on precast anchor walls; construction of rock fill breakwater and of jetty with two pneumatic unloaders; dredging 30 ft below low water using 20 in. suction dredge.
