527 ft bridge has 26 ft wide roadway and two 6 ft 6 in. wide footways; two box-section support-towers; main girders are inside tower legs; deck beams carry concrete roadway; stress calculations for various conditions of loading are shown in diagrams; connections at two towers are made as trunnions; towers are hinged at their bases; main girders are box shaped, 85 in. deep, 29 in. wide.
