Dynamic response of eccentrically stiffened plates
Problem of dynamic response of orthotropic plates with eccentric stiffeners subjected to moving loads of constant velocity is obtained for case of rectangular plate, simply supported on all four edges and subjected to load uniformly distributed over rectangular area which moves parallel to two opposite edges of plate with constant velocity; problem is reduced to set of sixth order ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients; numerical results obtained by digital computer for number of examples are presented and discussed.
