Computational schemes for boussinesq equation
Numerical methods are used to obtain approximate solution of mixed boundary value problem of Boussinesq's equation; general computational scheme is constructed by using weighting factor in computational net and expanding involved functions in Taylor's series; stability analysis of general computational scheme is studied and general criterion of stability as function of weighting factor is derived; several nonlinear difference schemes and their criteria of stability are derived for different values of weighting factor.
