Construction management game in which market demands are predetermined is presented; game is programmed for computers to simulate competition for market by five general contractors who are required to make managerial decisions at 12 successive time periods for total simulated time of 3 yr; after decisions are processed, computer outputs contract awards, cost of performing work, and statement of earnings for each general contractor; company which shows largest relative gain at end of 3 yr is winner.
