Strength and deformation of concrete under tensile stress
Concrete specimens 9×15×60 cm long were subjected to axial or eccentric tension, and some were loded in flexure; tests were carried out in testing machine allowing control of strain rate as well as strain distribution across specimans; strains over gage length of 30 cm and over local strain gage length of 6 cm were major varibles; results are summarized in 29 tables and 112 graphs.
