Formulation of differential equation; by using operator method, as well as Bessel function, general result of series is derived; discussion of critical transverse force of plate buckling; deflection under symmetrical cone loading by using Fourier-Bessel series; buckling of circular plate is independent of vertical load; irregular but symmetric loading of plate can be solved by Fourier-Bessel series.
