Containment of large fire, caused by escaping cumene gas (isopropyl benzene), with 22 portable deluge guns, four monitors, fire department and plant foam lines, near large Philadelphia refinery; secondary fire on ruptured butane line was extinguished with foam alone; escaping stream from ruptured lines made communication difficult and caused acoustical trauma in 19 fire fighters.
