Design and construction of vault roofs of Hershey Sport Arena, at Hershey, Pa, consisting of reinforced concrete shell only 3 1/2 in. thick, stiffened at intervals of 39 ft by two-hinged arch ribs, spanning 222 ft between hinge centers; hinge details; falsework and forms; screw jacks utilized in controlling settlement of forms during placing of concrete and of stresses in roof shell during decentering.
