Details of construction of cage decks and skip decks built to be used as working platforms for building forms and pouring concrete; surface equipment; concrete mix dumped into chutes at surface for delivery into hoppers on cages, which were then lowered to point where work was in progress, there to be dumped into cone which delivered concrete to forms through rubber hose; 844 cu yd poured in 27 days.
